Becoming an accredited trainer isn't about ticking boxes. It's about proving, with evidence, that you deliver quality training consistently. Here's how to approach it.

1. Assemble your evidence

Start with a strong CV, verified qualifications and certifications, and a portfolio of past training work. Include participant feedback and outcome data where you can.

2. Document your methodology

Prepare a written description of your training philosophy, target audiences, learning outcomes and typical assessment approaches. Attach two or three sample course outlines.

3. Line up references

Identify two clients or employers who can speak to your delivery quality. Reach out before you apply so they are ready when we contact them.

4. Submit and stay responsive

Once submitted, respond promptly to any evaluator requests. Applications with fast, complete responses move through the process much faster.
