Preparation is the single biggest predictor of a smooth accreditation review. Here's how to prepare with confidence.

Map your evidence to the standards

Print the CXCAC standards. For each one, note where the evidence lives. Gaps you find now cost far less than gaps found by an evaluator.

Run an internal mock review

Have a colleague — ideally someone from outside the training team — walk through your documentation with fresh eyes.

Tidy your records

Learner records, complaint logs and CPD evidence should be organised, dated, and easy to retrieve.
