Appeals Policy

Applicants and accredited providers have the right to appeal any adverse decision within 30 days of notification.

Appeals may be based on procedural error, new evidence, or misapplication of the CXCAC standards.

Submit a written appeal to appeals@coursesxcanada.com detailing grounds and supporting evidence. An independent appeals panel reviews and responds within 45 days.

The panel may uphold, overturn or modify the original decision. Its decision is final.
