Ownership
All CXCAC standards, publications, logos, seals and certificates are the intellectual property of the CoursesX Canada Accreditation Council.
Use by Accredited Providers
Accredited providers may use the CXCAC accreditation mark strictly in accordance with our brand-use guidelines and while accreditation remains valid.
Prohibited Use
Unauthorised reproduction, alteration or use of CXCAC marks and materials is prohibited and may result in legal action and withdrawal of accreditation.
