Refund Policy
When application and accreditation fees may be refunded.

Application Fees
Application screening fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Evaluation Fees
Evaluation fees may be refunded (minus administrative costs) if the applicant withdraws before the evaluation phase begins.
Certification Fees
Certification fees are refundable only in cases of demonstrable error by CXCAC.
